The three venues offer different levels of accessibility. Information about accessibility, access, and available facilities can be found below.

HAUNT
HAUNT is accessible to people with visual or hearing impairments, as well as people with mobility or cognitive impairments. The venue is accessible at ground level or via a ramp. Personal assistance is available on site if needed. Further information about accessibility, facilities, and services can be found on our website.

Flutgraben
Flutgraben is partially accessible. The main entrance is at ground level, and the first floor can be reached via a stairlift. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is also located on the first floor. The venue has wide doors and is accessible to guide and assistance dogs. Tactile signage and designated quiet rooms are not available. Staff are happy to provide assistance on site if needed.

Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité
The Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité is fully accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. The museum entrance can be reached via a ramp, and all exhibition and event spaces are accessible by a wheelchair-accessible lift. The doors open via push buttons. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located in the basement. Wheelchairs, rollators, and portable folding stools are available to borrow free of charge at the ticket desk. Assistance dogs are welcome. The ticket desk is not wheelchair accessible underneath, but communication while seated is possible.
